On the website, the same photo was uploaded for both the left and right shower doors for a product, and the clerk suggested the wrong side based on my description so it was ordered. The product arrived on time but incompletely, screws, small parts were not included, this was replaced by the manufacturer, they are awarded 5 stars. However, the store is unwilling to compromise when the wrong version was ordered due to their fault, Mr. Patkós only responded in a one-sentence letter and has not been available by phone since. Unfortunately, I was forced to give a star to let me write a review. I ordered a tub from them, which I also got, with scratches in 2 places. Unfortunately, I did not unpack on the day of delivery, only the next day, at which time I faced the injuries. I called right away, the lady working in the store promised they would call me back, talking to her boss. Unfortunately, this did not happen, but I received an email to contact the manufacturer about the scratches. That’s when I called again, I managed to talk to the store manager, who snapped that they don’t know what to do with it, I took it over, I paid, so that’s all, it should have been unpacked when I took it over. So now I have a scratched tub for nearly 100,000. I do not recommend this store to anyone, but if someone still orders from them, check the ordered product from root to mountain, and then the supplier should wait. Absolutely inflexible, a business to be avoided from afar !!! 🤮🤮🤮

The customer service staff is helpful. For them 5 *. I can only share the opinions of dissatisfied customers, also the same situation as so many other people (unfortunately), I got a damaged product that Mr. Horseshoe practically drove away to meet at the Conciliation Board, and I was even taught what to expect there. It is an unclassifiable, uncompromising company. They rate the 5 star ratings themselves. If I could I would give them 0 stars. Absolutely avoidable category !!

My pool order was fulfilled as agreed. I got the product at a great price and got all my questions answered satisfactorily. I'm very satisfied. This year I will renovate the bathroom if I get good prices I will buy everything from here.
