As I was writing before, the shop is simply impossible to reach by phone. I would have been looking for them for 1 week for my ordered product because they did not call me despite their promise ... Even if the customer service does not pick up the phone. 5! I tried to reach them by the day, of course, never succeeded. So you're just lucky enough to be in stock when it comes to what you need. Because I do not visit them on a daily basis, I'm looking for another shop where more people are communicating. Staffing is in order.

A zero is the way the telephone customer service operates at the center. It can not be achieved easily. I assume that two people are using it for 120 calls per minute. In the meantime, the phone number of the Szolnok store was obtained from one of the district representatives, they (at least not at first) had at least picked up the phone and inquired about the stock. Telephone customer relationship is not very bright.
