On my last two purchases, I left with a negative mouthfeel. For the first time, the server, arriving at the payment stage, complained that I intended to pay by credit card at a discount. My problem was that I was definitely not using a credit card from a company that was eligible for the discount. The second time I inquired about the product by phone, I put it in the name of a company, and then I arrived for the product, their number was also ringed in vain during the payment, he said that they did not experience it, not even on a second try. The situation started to get uncomfortable, they were behind me. Their helpfulness was manifested in the question, "Then what will happen now?"
I paid the full price and then annoyed later that I realized that the company name was the same as another company name, it should have been clarified with a customer code. It’s a joke that I have to figure this out afterwards, to be a buyer, and he didn’t know it as a salesman. I understand that they get a commission after the sale, but I find it disgusting that they regret the discount that is rightfully due. If I didn’t have a discount, I certainly wouldn’t buy here.
I leave the Bardit as the last option from now on. They think it's all made of gold. Your long-haired colleagues almost fell asleep while talking so much what I want to buy!
