EN (english see below): The WORST car hire I've ever been! We booked our car online and paid for it. At the rental site we could not pay the deposit with our Visa Card because of their not working bank terminal! They kept saying it is because our limit is not high enough and we should contact our bank. We set our limit twice as high as the deposit was and the terminal still gave us Code 50. They did not even check what code 50 was, we blamed us, us customers and did not even try to find a solution! Absolutely no go! I am still after our money, which we payed online and still did not get back, after 1.5month! Never ever go again and I definitely do not recommend it for anyone else! An other thing: They asked us for a higher deposit then it was in the confirmation .. Absolutely disappointing service! At the end we left completely disappointed without our booked car, after wasting more than one hour and got a car from another easy, helpful, uncomplicated car hire place for soo much cheaper! Opposite of the airport runway. This is a great place to stay. HU: The worst car rental I've ever been to. We have booked and paid the selected car online. The less friendly customer service team has constantly said that the limit on our card is not high enough and we call our bank. Our limit was set to 2x as high as the deposit, but their terminal still dumped 50s. They did not even look at the 50th DTC, they were blaming us, buyers, and they did not even try to find a solution. Such is intolerable! Now, after 1.5 months, I'm still running on our online prepaid money and still not getting it back ... I will never put my foot on again and recommend it to anyone else! Another thing: The deposit required locally was much higher than the amount specified in the booking confirmation ... This service is clearly depressing! After all, we were completely disappointed after more than an hour of wasted time, without leaving the car and leaving the car in front of the airport runway, we took a car. Here, the simplicity of the server, the simplicity and speed of renting comforted us, and of course the car that was much cheaper and more trouble-free! This saved our day of excursion.
