I have been to an official Mazda service center several times. I checked in for an oil change then when I arrived the clerk was nowhere an unauthorized took over the keys and I was not given any information about the expected duration. I’ve been to an oil change a few times because it’s not my first Master so I know it’s up to thirty minutes or an hour. Then when I got back an hour later I was told that the annual service duration was two hours. Of course, the price was much higher which would not have been a problem if they were properly informed about the time and costs. When I took over the car the seat was not pushed into place but was pushed completely backwards. The mechanic who brought the key has a sharp look at the customer. Stay with Suzuki rather than take your Mazda license because they don’t deserve such customer treatment. Thank you never again aggressive brand service personnel.
