On January 28, 2021, I bought some things from them, including 2 118 mm 240 w halogen bulbs for a standing lamp. Within a few seconds of installation and switching on, it produced smoke and became clean soot inside. Although it did not burn out, its brightness is approx. it belonged to a 40w bulb. I replaced it with the other bulb that worked perfectly. Since I live 50 km from the store, I signaled the problem to them by phone and asked if I could not have to travel if I had to exchange a 460 HUF product. I indicated that I would definitely go to them within a maximum of two weeks, then I would bring it in. The sales lady was helpful, she said she couldn’t decide to ask her boss. He asked, "of course" after two weeks he won't change one anymore because 3 days is 3 days. Surely the gallant gesture of taking it easy and resolving it wouldn’t have fit. I am sure I will not buy more than them and I will not recommend this company to anyone else.

An electric shop with a frequented location and a nearby parking lot. Competent, patient sellers, kind service, clean shop space. To my telephone inquiry, the little lady will look for the desired product, not bored, not with hatred, but really kindly, with a helpful intention. Their selection of goods was just right for me, I highly recommend the company. 5 stars, no doubt :)
