Beware, they're bluffing! We bought a bedroom furniture, we asked for additional shelves. They said that, of course, the holes were inserted (into which the pins go and shelf). Delivered, the cabinet was put in place, I put up the shelves, I noticed where the holes were in the requested allocation. They said I'd fix it because they don't have people for that. They were extra costly (I would buy tools or call tables) and they were not willing to compensate.
