You often have to wait half an hour when you want to do 1-2 minute affairs and if there are even enough, there wasn’t one. I wanted to change money in a net bank, the security guard directed me to the cash register where there was no one for half an hour and then I came (I was dealing with it) then I managed to enter the internet bank but could not answer a simple question the internet bank did not want to work. I tried 3 times but it always collapsed. Then I had a question about the assignment I had to wait half an hour again, not even the telephone customer service knew what to do. It only took 20 seconds and so I had to wait half an hour.

The administration is creepily slow and complicated. An existing customer's package change was not completed in a DIFFERENT HOUR. I hope the account cancellation doesn’t take that much time because 100% of that will happen.
