According to the website, there is no need to book an appointment - compared to that, when I went there at 8 a.m. on Thursday morning, I was almost indignantly asked if I had an appointment. I say no, it should have been booked. According to the assistant, they are already FULL this week (there was ONE person in the waiting room besides me) and they are going on leave next week. That's great. My question as to why this information is not on the website from which one could find information could not be answered. It’s endlessly outrageous to be so stupid at a paid service and I had an unnecessary trip in the morning.
