Finally we found the place where we could sleep good and completely relax. It is so nice here, quite and calm. Clean and very friendly service. Highly recommend for few relaxing days, to ´´recharge the batteries´´of the body and soul.

I was fleeced, the hotel staff misinformed me about the distance from Ozora. They informed me it’s 24 Kms , in google maps it said 40 kms ...I wrote a email to them before booking to reconfirm the distance to be 24 kms , and they confirmed over email.. once I reached ozora i checked google maps it was 40 kms ..... I had to make alternate arrangements for my stay on the day I reached Ozora. They refused to even transfer any refunds, the staff was not courteous. Inspite of making the bookings after I was reassured by the hotel about the short distance, they got back to me saying I should have checked the details and made a cancellation 7 days prior arriving as per cancellation policy ... would really want to understand how would I have know the distance before arriving ?????? After a long travel from India such hospitality was the last thing I could be looking for. Please stay here at your own risk.

Good rooms: clean and quite. Service is very friendly.

Very cool place to stay: quiet, beautiful and excellent cuisine. The hosts are hospitable, pleasant and funny people!
