It starts there, of course, at noon for me ... when else. With thanks I couldn't get in the workers, but I tried. It was a very positive one knowing what I really wanted to do with the deal. I was not the owner of a car purchase, I have been a owner of Mitsubishi for a long time. So I was looking for the executive lady right away. It only took me 20 minutes to "get caught" why I'm there so I don't get involved. After the experience of the previous days, the anticipated frowning, head shaking, and the rejection of incredibly ridiculous reasons were not. The executive lady was at her best, and she immediately called the competent service colleague who seemed to be bored, but she'd been bouncing off her computer and saying the facts. Afterwards, two or four lockers, together with the boss, searched for what I needed. Moreover, the service colleague has even come up with his own idea, which is a great help for me in the case. After that, I only had to follow the boss from one table to another + 1-2 phones, and finally everything was resolved in half an hour. They helped a lot! All of this was done by not obliging them to go shopping or servicing a car, they could have shaken as they did elsewhere, but it wasn't. So it was worth 100km to travel and I would join the speakers in front of me, very good team and humanity! Thanks!
