My daughter Vagabond's ankle boots had completely ruined the heel. It would have been just a simple rubber change at the end of the heel, which he put up by polishing the whole heel over it, even sanding a piece out of it. I think the pictures speak for themselves: the last picture has a condition before the repair, and the rest have a condition after the repair..You may be mistaken because we are human, but you should take responsibility for it if we stab something..They smeared it when we took it back with paint, -what will happen, -not solved.We had to buy a new boot, even though it was almost new.We contacted the appropriate authorities.I do not recommend to anyone!

The soles of my shoes were worn, Antonio put them on. He did a nice job at a very good price. Maybe this sole is even better than the original. It was at least solid rubber, the old one was so hollow and soon broke. I recommend!
