Unfortunately, I did not receive the ordered corner shelf even after 5 weeks. He was promised for about 2 weeks that he would be there and brought home. An advance was also requested. I didn't hear from them after 3 weeks, so I called to get information. Then, accompanied by some excuses, they promised for next week. For another 2 weeks, I didn’t get another phone again, and the promise of “look it up and call me back” to my next request for information was not fulfilled. I think waiting 5 weeks for a simple corner shelf, what’s more, the complete lack of communication is completely unacceptable. It’s still good that I got the deposit back as soon as I went in person (not as if the business had gotten in the way), but the apology was missed.
