This open air cinema will feel like travelling back in time. If you visit Balaton during summer time, watching a movie here is a must. Buy a beer at the next door grocery shop and enjoy a movie under the stars.

Well..what can I say...it is exactly what is on the label "Garden cinema" aka a Movie theather, that is outdoors. On hot summer nights it is a very nice feature. The atmosphere is different from sitting in an A.C.-ed room. Limited number of seats and looks like only two movies played a week(one on Friday and one on Saturday evenings). Seats, the screen and the sound is nowhere near as great as in a "regular" cinema, but trust me you will be fine. Although it is not confined between four walls the seating area is covered, so unless you sit in the sides (first 2-3 chairs) you'll stay dry should it start raining during your visit. All in all it was great and would recommend to anyone. Tonight (12.07.2019.) the ticket was 1100HUF.

Lovely outdoor cinema. Seats are a little hard so take a cushion if you can!
