Kunffy Lajos Emlékmúzeum

Great museum in the mansion of the 18th century painter Lajos Kunffy. He studied in Paris, and got famous in Hungary by painting portrays of peasants and traveling gypsies. In cycling distance from the Lake Balaton.

Fantastic exhibition. With over a hundred collections of the artist’s paintings, the interior evokes the peasant furniture of the time, the everyday life of the family. The lady who takes care of her was very pleasant and kept infinitely kind. Highly recommended for cooler days! One of the best museum experiences on the south coast. But on Monday, and for the sake of information, it will also be CLOSED on TUESDAYS.

High quality, interesting, captivating exhibition in a beautiful natural environment. A worthy display of a great oeuvre. Representation of a century through paintings.

Surprisingly beautiful collection. You can walk for hours in the garden, and you can learn a lot of interesting things about the exhibition from the caretaker, a phenomenon.
