Unfortunately, my experience is that I have to sit here in the Kecskemét branch for an hour due to submitting a transfer order. I still have a client and I've been waiting for half an hour. Couldn't a solution be found?

I really like my Bank. The staff is pleasant, nice environment, polite and helpful in personal administration. I have already recommended it to several members of my family and have opened their checking accounts there. I could tell the family bank :). I'm also happy with Netbank, it's safe. There was an example of a payment being banned because I didn’t initiate it. I also received a telephone notification about this. I consider it a fair, safe bank. I continue to wish their employees the same attitude to their work.
