I am a Proxy on the current account. He received a single amount, which I also deducted twice. I wanted to eliminate it, but it could only be done with a power of attorney form issued by the bank. I took it home, signed it with my mother. However, a bank employee quite obviously, fully aware of the importance and power of a woman writing expert, decided and who also said that I was a fraudster and not signed by my mother.
My mother has a very hard time moving, she is 76, Covid is. It had a zero account, a single cash flow on it, account management fees paid.
OTP is still a citadel of bureaucracy for malicious administrators!
I would not recommend it to anyone !!!!!
I was in line after waiting 2 round hours.
As a Budapestian, I didn't believe it, I already thought that my serial number had been omitted ...
Very long waiting time, I do not recommend.
I don't really understand the concept of a premium customer in reading OTP, do you have to wait twice as long for the customer to possibly?!?!
The waiting time was 1 hour, I prefer not to write an opinion about administration!
