not a bad little camp ground. apart from one other guy in a camper, i had the place to myself. the staff were good too. they looked after my luggage while i visited the castle in the morning

There was plenty of space, with only a few others on the campsite. The entrance had a big puddle on the path, not great but not the biggest problem. But the toilet block stank so badly it was hard to stay in there for any length of time. The showers had no hooks to hang your clothes or a bag, and weren't very clean. Not much evidence of any maintenance of the facilities. We didn't eat in the bar at the entrance so can't review the food.

Was very quiet on a May weekend, so showers and toilets were clean. Not sure what it's like in the high season, since oversight (at the nearby Hotel Honti) seems to be very lax.

If we were there there would be no other people. You hear the street and barking dogs. The plumbing is outdated. We didn't find this so bad. Near the center and transfer.

It is not a luxury and it is all old and primitive. But the plumbing is clean and tidy. The places are also nice and tidy. Staff is very friendly and helpful and speak English
