Nice, clean and friendly personnel. Receptionists are speaking good english.
I think this hotel is not a 4 stars hotel, as I had worked in a real 4 stars hotel and I can't compare.
The rooms are small and the some furniture is worn out. The room had no plugs, so I had to disconect the TV to not charge my phone in the bathroom.
Even the bed was confortable, they don't make the bed, they just pleat the quilt, and the bedsheet was smaller than the mattress.
Also the WC and the shower were yellowy and the door didn't close properly.
The food of the restaurant was okay, and the waiters very nice. But in breakfast, I think in an hotel of this category shouldn't offer coffee and fruit juice from machines.
I hadn't a bad experience in that place, but I only think that this hotel should be considered in a lower category,
Very friendly staff, but unfortunately far beyond a 4* . Noisy refrigerator, no wall outlets in the room for charging your telephone or laptop, shading mirror mounted at 1,8 m high above floor, rundown bathroom, carpet. Breakfast definitely not 4*, nearly reaches a 3* level.
Nice all you can eat offer and properly wide range of meals on a good price. Had a great time there.
Stop saying that you have wi-fi, that there is only paper, at the reception, it does not actually work!
