Just ask for the receptionist, maybe there are many who think the same as me, the name is a receptionist who has a good hospitality manner, this isn't, even though using BPJS you should still be served kindly, remember BPJS is also cut every month then what's wrong if we use BPJS before claim using insurance?

The receptionist is not polite, serves patients while playing cellphones. I am a person who does not understand medical rules. Is it possible for a doctor to diagnose a patient only from the patient's family information, without doing any examination or even touching it, for the purposes of a referral letter. The clinic management is bad, I can't stop thinking about a place to treat sick people but not maintain cleanliness.

For dentists every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. The dentist service is satisfying. Can use BPJS. If you want to get the initial queue, it should be morning around 7 to get the queue. After that, you can go home first because the doctor is only around 9:00 a.m. / 10 a.m.
