Poor queue and service system.nI waited since morning when the queue was still quiet, the security guard informed me that the new queue opened at 9 am. I waited patiently.nAt 9 am, the security guard distributed the queue number-without sorting who came.nPeople who had just arrived were grabbing my queue. I confirmed to the security guard who clearly knew I came first and had been for a long time. But the answer is disappointing! In a high tone, the security guard said that you want to take the number given or not?nIt was a really annoying experience, I felt it was a waste of waiting for a long time, received bad service, and management did not respond well either. There is no word sorry either. Arrogant.

The queue was really long, CS was only 1, teller was only 1, the queue was quite a lot. Spend 3 hours of waiting. I think there has been a lot of feedback but there hasn't been any improvement.

I have been here twice. The place is great. Only service is very slow. Save, wait 2 hours. Just go to CS. 3 hours have not been called. National banks are like petty bank services. If people are busy, don't go to BNI. There are still many other banks that are more in service. Please repair BNI management in its total service. You don't want to take a photo, boss.
