The experience of staying here is very pleasant, the service is good, the staff are all friendly and kind. There is a disinfectant spray protocol on admission. The lobby is clean. The rooms are big and clean.nThe breakfast is amazing!nThe waffle and the omelets is worth it!nThe staff are really great! They are really helpful and so nice!nThe hotel is clean, the swimming pool and view is nice, just recommend staying here for family travel or field service trips.

The best hotel to stay in Batam for me... reasonable price, good location, friendly and helpful staf...nThe manager is so good, he always pay attention to what guest needed when staying in his hotel...

Room is absolutely outstanding including cleanness.nnWhen in come to ala-carte breakfast is mess.nThe list they made many options are not available.nTaking long time to get ready and this is not good when you have little time for breakfast. We sat waited waiter for more then 10 minutes to get coffee served.nNext time when you get cheaper rate with no breakfast take it.
