Sri Serindit Museum saves treasure found in the Natuna Regency area, Established since 2008 and is under the auspices of the Natuna Regency Historical Study Institute (Lekas), Riau Islands Province (Kepri).nnThis museum is the only Museum in Natuna Regency, this museum holds thousands of ancient objects that have been recorded, there are still many other ancient objects that have not been recorded with a total of approximately 10,000 collections and all arranged so neatly in this Sri Serindit museum.nnThe museum collection is mostly ceramics that are hundreds of years old, generally from China, the Netherlands, Japan and other Southeast Asian regions,nnThis museum was founded by Zaharudin, who is usually called Deng, the Sri Serindid Museum is open every day except Friday and is the center for referencing National Archeology for the South China Sea region.

Sri Serindit Museum is under the auspices of the Historical Study Institute (Lekas) of Natuna Regency, Riau Islands Province (Riau Islands). This museum holds no less than 1,500 parcels of historical objects that have been recorded and there are still thousands more that are still in the data collection stage. Most collections are in the form of ceramics aged hundreds or even thousands of years. This is because Natuna Island is a gateway for Chinese merchant ships heading to Indonesia or Malaysia.nnThe historical objects in Natuna Island, besides having ages up to thousands of years, also have a sale value of up to billions of rupiah. This is the wealth of the Natuna region that must be protected and saved.
