Dark grout does come out way lighter. Go with 2 shades darker grout

I ordered charcoal grout and it came out a light gray . The sales rep Mike was unprofessional and basically told me they could give me a grout pen to correct the color but I would have to pay for the labor . I called the parent company who was useless . Do not buy this grout , the company does not stand by their product , probably because it knows it’s sub par .

Dark color grouts always come out light, not a good floor product.
