Fantastic service, the only good chain food you can get imo, gorgeous outside seating area, the lad with the tattoos was a credit to the place, so attentive and friendly. will be returning definitely thanks to him and the lovely supervisor who helped us pay at the end. This is what service everywhere should be like, nicely done all!

Very good food will go again

This was our first experience at Wagamamas, and its first few days of opening after the nationwide lockdown. Dining was alfresco only. Booking wasn’t required so we waited for a table. In less than 5 minutes we were seated. Friendly and helpful staff were on hand. The drinks and food menu was extensive. A mix up in our order resulted in us waiting over 40 minutes for our main. The staff were apologetic. Although disappointed by the wait, the duty manager Francis was extremely attentive, professional and understanding. He resolved the situation effectively and efficiently. Sometimes restaurants get it wrong but when handled in this way, it demonstrates the staff have Customer Satisfaction at the core of their values. Well Done Francis and staff. Excellent Covid protocols in place to protect both Customer and Staff.

Never disappoints. Great vegan and vegetarian options and a great selection of both food and drinks all around. Beautifully presented dishes and I love the way they serve their sake.
