Interesting place in Javanese style with cheeky twist. I'm not too crazy about the food. It's either too oily or too spicy or both but not very flavorful - just not for my liking. Not enough parking space and it's on a main street of a residential area so parking can be tricky.

Homey and Quite Busy during Lunch and Dinner. The place looks small from outside but there are a lot of space to eat and dine inside. The price is ok. The taste of the food is homey and remind me of home

Nice restaurant for mostly homemade javanese food. Lots of options for the food and beverages. Lots of places to sit. The parking space is small though.

Old Classics die hard and then some.nSimple, affordable, and of course very delicious. In all my 40+ years living in jakarta, i think this restaurant might be one the the best, if not the best indonesian cuisine i've had the pleasure in tasting. I'd definitely recommend it.n5 stars.
