I felt satisfied with the service and the doctor. However, had treatment through online still has some difficulties such as bad connections. Hopefully everything will back to normall soon and I can meet the doctor face to face.

Very safe and comfortable medical center to visit and it's inside the mall so I can go shopping after my medical check up.

Made PCR test appointment at 12pm through the website. Received confirmation via whatsapp to come at 12pm. When I arrived, security personnel told me that the medical personnels were on a break until 1pm. If it is break time at 12pm then don't make any open slot and provide confirmation to come at that time.

They provide one of the best behavioral therapists services in Jakarta. you can talk from the basic, personal things like marriage, workplace conflicts, to the more concerning matters like autism, ADHD, phobia, severe anxiety issues, etc.

Facility is good, but the wait is depressing.nThere are too many paperworks in registration side, could be improved much more using online form. The queue is also blurry. I came first, but the others that came after me could finish first.nI was told, it would be from 8 am to 10 am. But, apparently, at almost 12 pm right now, I am still waiting. There are still 3 tests more, and I have just done 2 tests. I understand staffs are working fast but I think they should limit their capacity of accepting medical check up or at least gives a headsup that there will be long queue, instead of telling me it will take from 8am to 10am.nnAlso, I called them to make an appointment the day before. It was also depressing, since it needed me to call more than 5 times to reach them. Whatsapp is also slow response.nnIn short, there are still many inefficiencies that can still be improved and I hope they can improve it
