Yes. I had bought a Harmon system from them. And went back 3 times as the blue tooth cannot connect. Each time I went, it took them weeks, and then when it returned to me, the say everything is ok. I told them the reasons why I think the Bluetooth don't connect (it's the component not secured properly). Each time they say they did nothing and just give it a tap or two. It keeps failing. I so psst if I just wrote off the item. Their strategy seems to be delay delay till your guarantee expires.nYes. A very poor coy. I wonder whether the boss knows. Whether Apple knows too.
