My Body Gym

The gym area is OK but nothing special. However, the pool is wonderful: swimming here every morning was a real treat. The staff are friendly. We used Google Translate for comminication because I don't speak much Bahasa.

I've been going to My Body Gym for the past 6 months. It's very convenient if you work in Talavera. The gym is usually not very busy, except after business hours from perhaps 6-8 pm. The equipment is mostly in reasonable condition. The locker room has issues, and I surmise from my conversation with the gym management that there is some sort of conflict with the building management. The locker room facilities have had a lot of maintenance problems, such as broken showers, broken soap dispensers, and broken locker doors. The sauna wood is broken and damaged, to the point of being a safety hazard. The staff are nice and friendly, but most speak little-to-no English. More reason for me to practice my bahasa Indonesia! The staff will often assign locker keys to adjacent lockers, such that there may be only three people in the otherwise-empty locker room but all three are stuck together and interfering with each other's space when trying to get dressed. I explained this to the front desk staff and I think they understand now. The training room needs air conditioning.

This place has pool, but not deep maybe +- 150 cm. Small gym but the equipments are good enough. There is some classes there.

I had my membership here, small gym. the equipments is good but not up to date (but well maintain). Great yoga class and body combat. Great and helpful staffs. Hot and cold shower with in-house bath soap. Sauna available. Swimming pool on the rooftop area with lounges and sun bed. Sometime you may need to check the water quality in the pool especially after raining. More likely dirty than usually.nCrowd high in the morning before working hour, a few during lunch and after works. You own it in between
