My college majoring in management. From year to year the facilities, bureaucracy, and curriculum have improved with a record of fixed pay and can be paid in installments with a 3x payment scheme. The pay remains adjusted for the entry force, and each batch has increased its pay.nThe lecturer fosters many students in the teaching class.nThe association or BEM of the Faculty has improved from year to year, but there is still much that needs to be improved in HR.nEmployee class available (regular afternoon or extension).nThe accreditation of management majors is maintained A, and the Accounting department will increase from B to A in 2020.nnLack of career preparation after graduation, poor alumni ties, and minimal cooperation between students, campuses and companies. The distribution of KKN leads to the development of UKM. Libraries are still conventional.nnDigital use is still minimal but since the Covid epindemic it has been very good.nnNBn2016-2020
