I love tent camping. A spur of the moment trip lead us here. Campground was wonderful. Quiet hours were observed, which is very important to us. Everything was clean. Showers were hot. KOA campgrounds always lead the way other camp grounds strive for. We will be back with other in tow.

This place is amazing. Great staff, clean facilities and an all around fun atmosphere. The campground is very close to the beach and provides a free beach shuttle. If the beach isn't what you want, use their pool! Bike and golf cart rentals are available too. (You can actually ride the golf carts to the beach, around town etc.). We have made it a tradition to visit Myrtle Beach every year and we stay at the KOA. We typically stay in their deluxe cabins and i recommend. But if not, bring the RV or tent.

If you've been to a KOA before then you know what to expect from this KOA. There is a certain quality that one can expect from the KOA franchise anywhere you go, and the Myrtle Beach KOA is no different.nnHowever, since it is the Myrtle Beach KOA, you are reasonably close to the ocean, although walking there is not really something most people would want to do. There are shuttles that do go to the beach that run from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., but these do not run every day so you might check with the dates you are staying to see if they will be available.nnMyrtle Beach itself is nice and has all of the trappings of a tourist trap combined with a lovely beach.nnIf camping at a nice campground, enjoying tourist towns, and chilling at the ocean is your thing you'll probably like it here.

The people who checked us in we’re awesome, it was late and they were so helpful! I didn’t have the right hook up for my camper to go from 30 amp to 50 amp, they help me get the right one. any issue or problem. I had they address quickly. Where is that the Internet and the cable TV did not work nearly as good as I expected the cable was fuzzy and I could only get to work on my grand kids iPads. But overall it really didn’t matter, the campground was awesome, the people working there were great! I would definitely go again, But pick a different site.

This campground is a must if you're visiting the MB area. Close to everything yet the grounds feel more like a state park.nThe amenities are many so there is something for everyone.nWhat truly makes this campground a gem are the people. The staff are hands down the best. Friendly, helpful and above all, welcoming.nThe Myrtle Beach KOA is a unique and delightful place to relax and make memories.
