I think it seems plain cotonya (ga There is a sense), so it should be flavored itself (add chili sauce, salt, soy sauce and lime juice) just feels marinade. the first time I tried coto Makassar with green banana ice and immediately liked the taste. my husband is also addicted to the konro soup. the best
