I like this place but it’s just very big and intimidating to me... I get lost each time and it’s difficult to find what you’re looking for. It’s great for browsing and spending your afternoon but not great if you want to pick up something quick

If you are looking for something hard to find, this is definitely the place to find. I was looking for a specific craft beer that a few places hadn't had and I told one of the workers there and not only did they confirm that they had it but walked me to the exact location and point it directly to the product. They know their stuff there. One just needs to be in the other side of I10 and I'm set.

Decent. This place used to be 5 star worthy but is really a bit of a mess inside.nStock items sitting in the isles and not on shelves and selections have become increasingly limited.

Wow, the selections are amazing. I know absolutely nothing about alcoholic drink but I had help with my shopping. He explained the difference in alcoholic drink from wine to champagne to hard liquor. The young man was very patient with him and pretty much selected all the bottles I needed, thank you Total Wine. I would definitely recommend this place.
