They have such unresponsive and untrusted staffs. We stayed at Raudhah for 4 days and felt really irritated by the service. They don't have 24 hours hot water bcs they're using a solar system heating water, which if there is no light means there is no hot water. Our room has only one blanket fits for one person. Plus, they don't provide a remote for the air conditioner bcs they said it's gone! Freeze in the night-sweating in the day it is.

This is the perfect hostel for those who want to save a little money but don't want a party-hardy atmosphere. It is clean, and extremely well located - lots of cute, uncrowded restaurants and cafes nearby and not more than a 30 minute walk for all the major attractions. I really enjoyed my stay here, and feel like I got great value for my money. The only dissappointment was that the water flow problem (quite unstable)
