I had called and complained to the manager that the roses in my arrangement were not fresh and died within 3 days before opening. She offered to redo the arrangement (she said she took a photo when it was completed ) I thought I would get the same arrangement, instead I got a much cheaper, smaller arrangement of carnations that is ugly. No roses at all. I called her again, talk about terrible customer service! Work with another shop. I wouldn’t waste my money keeping this shop in business.

The most disrespectful customer service I’ve experienced. After inquiring why the flowers haven’t delivered yet which they said they already did 3 hours earlier, the lady just blew off on me and saying that they have not talked to their driver. Very unprofessional. This was a nightmare.
