Blackbrook Dental Practice

Today I had a tooth extraction with Dr Fernando Fiorini. He did a fantastic job and reassured me all the way through the treatment. The staff at the practice were fantastic too and I can't praise this practice enough for their professional, courteous and caring approach to their patients.

Been having toothache all weekend no sleep for a couple of nights, phoned for emergency appointment. Got one saw Angus who explained what was wrong, inflected tooth and gum. Got antibiotics and booked in next week for treatment. Great service once again.

When your booked in for an appointment at 0830hrs and you see half the dentists and assistants rocking up at this time or after, and they have the cheek of putting posters up in the waiting room saying how much delays cost, perhaps they should consider how much it cost the public in waiting for them. Still waiting 15mins later

I've just had an extraction, I'm nervous about dentists but made to fell at ease as soon as I entered the practice. Covid precautions were in place and everyone was welcoming and Informative on what I needed to do prior to seeing dentist.nI was literally in the chair for 2 minutes if that PAIN FREE excellent service.nI was treated by Fergus and his Male assistant cheers lads

I have recently completed Invisalign treatment. After initial consultation i commenced my treatment in Dec 2019. Everything was explained to me, a price was agreed and a payment plan was discussed. My initial treatment should have lasted 15 weeks but due to COVID-19 this was delayed when the practice was closed. Although annoying this was nobody’s fault so I just remained compliant with my treatment and waited for the practice to reopen. I then needed another 7 weeks of refinements for some fine tuning. During my treatment I also had some IPR (filing teeth to make space) - this had all been explained to me prior to treatment so there were no unexpected surprises. Post treatment I opted for composite bonding to 6 of my top teeth for an additional cost to make them more aesthetically pleasing to me - this was done in one sitting of 4hours in the chair! I then had six months in full time retainers and have recently moved to night time retainers only. I can honestly say that I have never had a such a laugh at the dentist as I did throughout my treatment. Martin Adeda and his nurses made me feel so at ease. Well worth the money I spent and professional work carried out .
