The staff are very helpful and friendly.nI have worries every time I go to a dentist, but I feel very safe and happy when I'm in the chair.

This dental practice has a warm and welcoming exterior with parking right outside and ditto inside. Receptionists are friendly, helpful and put you at ease.nMy 13 year old used to see Melanie who she loved. She knew all about her very weak front tooth and always talked her through everything she was going to do. When Melanie left we had to get used to somebody else.nLuckily the new lady dentist is a dream with my daughter. Well done all

I've called them several times as I'm trying to re-arrange an appointment but not once have they picked up. I've emailed them several times but they have either taken over a week to reply or just not replied at all.

Arrived today for appointment, would not see as 8 minutes late for appointment. Disabled with progressive spinal cord damage. Had to walk too far cause of parking situation. First appointment they can cancelled with minimal notice. Shameful set up. Please do not use as absolutely no customer service. Poor receptionist just left to take the flack and work with dentists and management who do not care.
