Never have I met such a wonderful team. From the Receptionists (Bernie in particular) to the incredible dentists and nurses I felt well and truly looked after. I'm ridiculously anxious and these ladies put me so much at ease it was unreal. Thank you so much again, I hope you all enjoyed the thank you treats! Sarah Richens

Amazing place. I was so scared going in for two extractions however the dentists/nurses/reception, EVERYONE from start to finish were amazing. They held my hand in the chair, spoke to me throughout, kept asking if was OK and supported me with any concerns I had. I was put at ease and it felt like I was in and out in less than 5 mins! Thank you so much for making me have a pleasant dentist experience. For anyone who has an upcoming appointment, you are safe hands and you will be well looked after x thank you x

I visited Chartwell Dental Clinic this week with my 9 year old daughter. She had a tooth extracted. The staff here are fantastic, they made my daughter feel totally at ease and explained everything clearly to me. They are extremely professional and deal with little ones extremely well. I would highly recommend children having dental care here and so would my daughter who gave them 10 stars.

My son had a filling under sedation today, the clinical team were brilliant especially the lovely anaesthetist, she explained everything to my son and supported him throughout. The whole experience was way less scary than he anticipated - can’t thank the team enough! Highly recommend.

At the end of September I had 2 wisdom teeth removed. I was referred by my dentist because I was extremely nervous and scared of dentists, and I have been for a long time. Dr. Lalli and the dental nurse were absolutely amazing, and whilst having wisdom teeth out isn’t ever a nice experience they made me feel very comfortable. The dentist explained every step to me as he did it. All of the staff here were really amazing. I had no complications after the extractions and 2 weeks later my mouth is healed. Highly recommend
