I highly recommend this dental practice. I have recently joined the practice as a patient. I have had four appointments, one being an emergency. Highly professional service from start to finish. The treatment was excellent. I was in a great deal of pain which was alleviated and the root canal treatment was painless and completed perfectly. I saw Shubh and Peri who did my treatments - fabulous, I can’t thank you enough.

Absolutely horrendous attitude from reception staff. Jessica was who I was politely greeted with to be told bluntly that I had never been a patient there when in fact I had been and I knew I had been but she insisted to be rude and tell me that I can not see them I I could only seem them privately. I was referred from this dentistry to visit the hospital for my teeth for a few years and was only checking if I was still registered. Absolutely no need for the rudeness and blunt response.

I have been going to this practice since it was opened originally by Tony Prowde, who was my dentist from 1987 at his previous practice. The practice changed hands some three years ago, and a far more, and unnecessary overly professional atmosphere now exists. The standard of dentistry is still exceptionally good, but sadly, the attitude of the reception staff and the practice manager, now owing to a very regimental policy, leaves a lot to be desired. DO NOT BE ILL on the day, or night before your appointment, even if you ring in, 15 minutes before they officially open!! When I re book, for all that it is refundable as long as I attend my next appointment, I have to make an advance payment, of a pound per minute of the approximate time, of any appointment, that I am booking. In all the years, I have never had to cancel at such short notice, if ever at all. While I understand the rudeness of people just not turning up, I feel a record should be kept, of frequent offenders, rather than treating old established patients, the way I have been treated. I am so offended, once my private care plan expires in the Spring, I have already made enquiries, at well recommended practices, nearer to where I live, about taking me on as a patient!!
