Stradbrook Dental & Implant Clinic

I was referred to this practice for a wisdom tooth removal. I was seen and was given a date for the procedure very quickly.nnI was well looked after my the team during the procedure and they were very professional.nHowever following the days after my procedure I had been in excruciating pain which I was concerned about.nI had an infection and called up to see if I could have it looked at. I was told that you don’t provide that service and that I should go to the dentist that referred me.nI booked an emergency appointment with my dentist which gave me the aftercare I was needing.nnThere was little to no after care from the procedure from stradbrook and was deeply upset to find out that they wouldn’t see me to check what was wrong.nI am very grateful for the other dental practice that did see me. They provided me with the right after care and antibiotics to get rid of the infection.

I had an emergency as I lost an inlay that needed to be cemented back in again. I was seen straight away and the receptionist (Lisa) who organized the appointment was most helpful. I was treated by Nikky Peter and I felt in good hands. Friendly, competent and all very good.

What a great experience from start to finish! My dentist, Simon Peter, has changed my life and i cannot thank him enough! Highly recommend Stradbrook Dental!!

I contacted them as an emergency a week ago and was seen by Mr Mark Haswell within the hour and was comforted and explained the best plan of action straight away along with extra guidance to help my situation. And in under a week I had to have 4 extractions in one sit (which I knew I had to do) I had been concerned and worried all week but I had my procedure done after work and felt nothing maybe 1 of the injections slightly but nothing else! I have woken up today and have no pain or discomfort at all!!! I think this man is not a great dentist but a brilliant magician and his assistant is very nice and reassuring as well.nnIf you require any dental assistance do not look anywhere else as I can't praise the practice or Mr Mark Haswell enough and will be sending all my family and friends to him. Was seen on time by Clare Ransome. She was very friendly yet professional. She did a good job on explaining any potential problems I might have and how to avoid them. I was impressed.
