A great home base for exploring Toraja region. Friendly family, casual vibe. Clean rooms.

We stayed for over 7 days because we loved our accommodation as well as Tana Toraja. Our room was 3rd floor which gets a little hot in the day with no fan or a/c but the nights were always cool so we opened our windows and our room went to 23 deg. Staff were always polite. Yes the meals were slow but always good. They usually brought you a complimentary juice or fruit salad in the afternoon. We had a large room with king bed, excellent mattress, tables and 2 chairs. There was a western toilet sink and a separate shower but the hot water was slow to arrive ...sometime just warm. Wifi was weak and only in the restaurant/lobby. I feel it was an excellent price and always clean. All of Rentepao suffers from 3 am roosters and dogs as well as a 5 am sermon and musuc....no its not the mosque. So your morning s may be earlier then you wanted or wear ear plugs.

Fantastic place. Clean, comfy rooms. Very pretty hotel grounds. Warm showers and good breakfast.nnThe standout part is the staff. They're extremely friendly and helpful and warm, and even periodically would bring us snacks if we were hanging around in the evenings! Wonderful people.nnOne warning: it's a pretty loud area. The hotel is beside a rowdy church that blasted music late at night and early in the morning. There's a busy main road nearby with kids revving their unmuffled motorbikes. Fireworks are constantly going off, and there's about 100 constantly screaming chickens nearby. But I'm pretty sure this is the case wherever you stay in Rantepao, it's just a noisy rowdy town.

The room was very clean. Although some details can be improved, the price of 150000 per night seems reasonable. The wifi is working only in restaurant but it is very slow. I ate in their restaurant and I find the food tasty and good. They are freshly baked.

Very clean hotel with beautiful garden.nStaff is a very nice to let us check in at midnight by escape from a scam hotel ( LoLai ).nThe negative part is the noisy loud speaker song from the cross on a hill side will wake you up at 7am.
