I saw Mike Brace for a niggle in my upper trap. He did some active release and dry needling on the area. He also prescribed me with some rehab exercises which have been very effective. I would recommend Mike to anyone. Always professional and nice to deal with. My trap feels much better!

The team here are the ultimate professionals and know the body inside out. They are thorough in their approach, warm and friendly and take the time to ensure you understand your injury and know how to manage it. I went in at short notice with lower back pain that was preventing me going back to work. I saw Mike and the initial treatment helped immensely with the pain and the ongoing support has helped me create a rehabilitation plan to prevent any further injuries. Im now moving around a lot easier and touch wood I'm 5 months down the line with zero days off sick. This wouldn't have been possible before the treatment.

I've experienced glute and hamstring issues for close to two years that have kept me from riding as much as I would like, Mike has got me back on the bike almost pain free after one session, friendly staff and great facilities.
