An absolute (physically) hidden gem! Never have I felt so at ease with a physiotherapist immediately. Lauren was beyond amazing and I'm so glad to have found her. After birthing two chunky babies in the last five years, I felt this time around that I needed to go and get checked before returning to Pilates and Lauren ticked all the boxes in my appointment with no need for me to return unnecessarily. I've got mums and bubs Pilates in my calendar now and thanks to the fantastic team at Physio Plus, all my physio needs are taken care of. Quick shoutout to Brayden I think it was too who visited me in my room at the Mater Hospital Mackay a few days after I'd given birth, he was able to give me some exercises, as my labour and subsequent marathon breastfeeding sessions with my son were putting huge stress on my neck and back.
