the price changes, weekday is more expensive than weekend, always full in online applications but when visited directly there are still empty rooms and the prices are quite high

The rate is very affordable, the room is big (for this rate), the toilet is clean, pretty spacy, and beautiful with natural ornament such as wodden rack, traditional door, and white pebbles on the shower area. The staff are helpful. There is a small 'joglo' in the central yard with classic decoration and ornament (old bikes and bird cages with real birds that will wake you up in the morning ud83dudc26ud83dudc95). The location is great. Surrounded by local banks, groceries stores, and traditional food stall and several cafè. I will choose this Hotel whenever I come back to Jogja).

For low budget tourist, this place cozy enough. I make a trip with family. Order 2 rooms. And find the room was wide enough. Even if u had extra bed in it. You could park your car next to your room. The breakfast are okay. Only one kind of menu, example Nasi, Soto, tempe, krupuk, and whatever dish usually go with soto. There's coffee and tea in dining room. and it's free everytime. Not the best one but it's free and it's enough when suddenly u need warm drink. And it's near everywhere in the city. It's not a fancy thing but it's cozy enough
