Overall it was a good stay mainly due to the super nice staffs! However, bedroom & bathroom are very old, it needs some renovations. I booked a Junior Suite, but the room has a bad smell so we decided to move to a renovated room. Since none of the Suites are renovated, we had to downgrade to a Grand Deluxe room. Sheraton Jogja needs to renovate the rooms, especially the bathroom.

One of the best old fashioned hotel at jogja, the hospitality from hotel is the best, the room is clean and comfort.The pool is huge. Staying here feels far from the city crowd. Very good hotel over all.

We stay at lagoon room access and the room is quite spacious. We are enjoying the floating dining and breakfast in the room.We love the complimentary coffee and patisserie from tasty bar the restaurant manager is really friendly and the staff is helpful
