For those who like to avoid long queue, please come earlier in the morning and please avoid Monday (the busiest day of the week). I come this morning to have my new debit card because the previous one got swallowed by ATM. The security helped me to address my problems, gave me application form and the queue ticket. The queue is short, the customer service representative handled my case quickly and there's no charge at all. Kudos for the excellent service.

Went at 2pm on Monday (not lunch break time), yet only 2 tellers in operation out of 8. Please do something to speed up waiting time.

I feel a different atmosphere when came in.. I love their interior design. I love their concept. its so adorable.. but there was a lot of line up. Otherwise, my product was not available at that moment
