staff very friendly... big room and super clean

The room cleanliness was bad, the bathroom stinks, the air conditioner was in bad conditions, never again

I had a booking confirmed and a personal e-mail from this place confirming early check in for my date. After travelling 14 hours I arrived and all what I wanted is to rest but they seemed to be closed. Eventually somebody came and told me they have no room available, everything is booked. I showed them my booking they seemed to be surprised, but after half an hour they found me a room, which is totally not what you book or see on the pictures, no tv, no wifi. A tiny and stinky room without any windows. And when I say tiny, I mean it. Two single bed 30cm apart from each other and the two beds are touching the two walls...Very, very disappointed.nIf there was 0 stars I would rate it for that.

There were ants in the toilet, blood in the sheets and the manager of the hotel didn't speak English and didn't find a proper solution.
