OYO 1274 Prime Inn

Its a new hotel, with a smart TV, adequate internet (up to 20mbps, but quite slow when the hotel is quite occupied).nnA bit too lenient towards other guest, as some were smoking in the hallways, stairs, throwing cigarettes buds on the floor, loud after midnight chatting & smoking on the stairs, knocking on my door then running away (CCTV is live only, doesn't record, I asked for who did this at 6 AM).nThe price is quite cheap, so it may attract the wrong crowd. Just hoped the staff would be more strict towards other guests that doesn't obey the rules, although considering the current economic situation & covid fear, it's already a tough time for the hospitality industry.nnThey cleaned the room quite nice, given me a chair so I can work on the desk, clean and fresh pair of towels, spacious rooms, windows, cold AC, smart cards, WIFI connected TVs, running hot & cold water (the pressure isn't quite strong though). Great place to have a staycation!

Big disappointment ...nInitial booking at Agoda which is a smoking room ...nThen the check-in pass at the receptionist is fake if there is no smoking ...nArriving at the check out, the receptionist knows that smoking in the room ...nAnd he said you can't smoke ...nEven though from the initial order it was clear that the room was smooking ...nBut the receptionist insisted ...n200 thousand deposit on hold ...nLike being trapped ...nTo take advantage of the deposit ...

please management for room 208 the sheets got a little stain, the sheets last 200 thousand. want to clean it myself the reason has already been cleaned even though it is still checking. No toothbrush, all things related to the red door are not there. please clarify from the management how? 082161322012
