The taste is pretty good. Cek Wan Charcoal Noodles, as they are called, are cooked with charcoal. The distinctive aroma of charcoal gives it a distinctive richness that makes it different when cooked using LPG (or kerosene) gas. Charcoal in Aceh is usually made from mangrove trees. The Cek Wan noodle is served with several choices of additional flavor additives, namely shrimp, beef (beef), squid, mushrooms and tuna. Customers can choose according to taste.
