This is one of the largest bird sanctuary on the northern coast of Aceh Besar. You could find a huge flock of birds here on the mangrove trees in the evening before sunset. The birds stay here at night on the mangrove trees, and leave in early morning to their habitual feeding grounds in rice fields or fish ponds in Aceh Besar, usually before sunrise. We hope the assistance of local government to declare this as conservation area for birds and mangrove.
